Are you an experienced Home Manager looking for your next opportunity in Warrington?

We are supporting a well-established care provider in the appointment of a Home Manager to take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running, performance and quality of the service.

The provider is open to both clinical and non-clinical Home Managers, provided you have a strong track record within the care sector.

The Role You will provide strong leadership across the home, ensuring high standards of person-centred care while driving compliance, team performance, occupancy and commercial success.

You will be supported by a Deputy Manager, Administrator and wider operational and central support teams.

We’re looking for an experienced Home Manager with:

• Previous experience managing a nursing or residential care home.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Experience managing budgets, occupancy and the commercial performance of a service.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

NMC registration is desirable but not essential.
