Are you a Registered Nurse looking for your next opportunity within elderly care?

We are supporting a well-established care provider in the appointment of a Registered Nurse to join their dedicated care team in Cheshire.
You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care, supporting residents to maintain their dignity, independence and quality of life.
The Role

• Deliver safe, effective and compassionate nursing care to residents.
• Assess, plan and deliver care in line with individual needs.
• Work closely with the wider nursing and care team to maintain high standards.
• Support residents with their day-to-day needs while promoting independence.
• Ensure care records and relevant documentation are maintained accurately.
• Build positive relationships with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals.
• Contribute to the overall smooth running of the home.

About You We’re looking for a Registered Nurse with:

• Current NMC registration.
• Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse, ideally within elderly care.
• Strong clinical knowledge and a commitment to high standards of care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate, person-centred approach.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a wider team.
