Are you a dedicated Senior Nurse looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to lead our nursing team and drive exceptional standards of care.
As a Nurse leader, you will support and develop fellow Nurse colleagues, oversee clinical practice, ensure high-quality care delivery, and promote continuous improvement across the service.
About You:
- Registered Nurse ( RGN / RMN ) with current NMC registration.
- Previous leadership or Senior Nurse experience, leading a team, supervisions etc
- Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills.
- Passionate about delivering person-centred care.
- Previously worked in a District Nursing or Community Nurse role
