Deputy Manager – Care Home

We’re looking for a motivated Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day running of our care service, lead and inspire the team, and help maintain high standards of care and compliance.
 
What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a Team Leader, Senior Carer, Care Supervisor, or similar
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care
• Ambition to progress within care management
