£65,000 + Car Allowance
 
We are looking for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of care homes across Suffolk.
 
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will support Home Managers to deliver outstanding care, achieve regulatory compliance, drive occupancy, and ensure strong financial performance across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational performance of 6-8 care homes.
• Support and develop Home Managers and leadership teams.
• Drive quality, compliance, and positive inspection outcomes.
• Monitor occupancy, budgets, and key performance indicators.
• Lead improvement plans and performance initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.

About You

• Proven experience in within the care sector, Home Manager or multi-site operations experience 
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Commercially focused with experience managing budgets and performance.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Suffolk.
