Are you an experienced Deputy Manager or Senior Team Leader ready to take the next step?

We’re looking for a confident and motivated care professional to join an elderly residential care home in North Yorkshire as Deputy Manager.

Working alongside the Registered Manager, you’ll help lead the team and ensure residents receive safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

We’re open to experienced Deputy Managers, as well as Senior Team Leaders ready to step up.

You’ll need:

• Experience within elderly residential care
• Confidence leading and supporting a team
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for providing high-quality care
• The confidence to take responsibility and make decisions
