A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to join a well-established, high-quality care service in Surrey.
 
This is an excellent opportunity to lead a stable service with a strong team already in place. The provider has an excellent reputation for delivering person-centred care and is seeking a passionate and motivated leader to drive quality, occupancy and team development.
 
The successful Registered Manager will work closely with senior leadership, ensuring high standards of care, compliance and resident experience are maintained throughout the service.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Overall operational management of the service
• Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and company standards
• Lead, develop and support the staff team
• Drive quality improvement initiatives
• Manage budgets and occupancy performance
• Build positive relationships with families and professionals
• Ensure residents receive outstanding person-centred care
• Oversee recruitment, retention and staff development

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within elderly care
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations
• Proven track record of achieving positive inspection outcomes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and strong organisational skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional care
