A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join a highly regarded care provider in the Surrey area.
 
This role would suit an experienced Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager or Senior Nurse looking to join a service that places quality care and resident wellbeing at the heart of everything it does.

Working closely with the Home Manager, you will provide clinical leadership to the nursing team, ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the clinical team
• Ensure high standards of nursing care throughout the service
• Oversee care planning and clinical governance
• Conduct audits and monitor quality standards
• Support with staff training and development
• Ensure compliance with CQC and safeguarding requirements
• Work alongside healthcare professionals and families
• Promote a positive clinical culture within the home

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with active NMC PIN
• Previous experience as a Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager or Senior Nurse
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Good understanding of clinical governance and compliance
• Ability to lead by example and support team development
• Passion for delivering person-centred care
