This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to join a welcoming and stable nursing home, renowned for its excellent care standards, dedicated team, and superb reputation throughout the Romford area.
Requirements:
- Strong background in elderly care
- Minimum 2 years Management experience
- Proven leadership and team‑support skills
- Solid understanding of CQC standards
- Excellent communication abilities
- A genuine passion for delivering high‑quality care
