Are you an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a resilient and passionate Nurse to join a large care home undergoing an exciting transformation.
 
Currently benefitting from a major refurbishment programme, digitalisation of care records and an occupancy growth plan, this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Clinical Deputy Manager to play a key role in shaping the future of the service.

As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will:

• Lead the clinical team and provide visible leadership across the home.
• Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the service.
• Drive clinical quality, governance and compliance.
• Support the move from paper-based systems to PCS electronic care planning.
• Develop and mentor nurses and care teams.
• Participate in the on-call rota (approximately 1 in 4).

About You

• Active NMC registration as an RGN, RMN or RNLD.
• Experienced Deputy Manager  ( Nurse ) with a background in elderly care.
• Previous experience as a Clinical Lead, Unit Manager or Deputy Manager preferred.
• Experience supporting homes through inspections and change.
• Confident leading teams and driving improvement.
