Are you an experienced Home Manager, Registered Manager or Care Manager with a background in learning disabilities?

We are recruiting for an experienced Home Manager to take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of a small, friendly learning disability service in Suffolk.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Home Manager who enjoys making a difference and is confident leading a service through CQC improvement, while maintaining a strong person-centred approach to care.

You will work closely with the Operations team and wider support functions to ensure the service delivers high-quality care and support, while helping the service achieve and maintain good regulatory standards.

As Home Manager, you will provide strong leadership across the service, ensuring the people supported receive safe, effective and person-centred care.

We are looking for an experienced Home Manager, Registered Manager or Care Manager who is passionate about learning disability care and has the leadership skills to develop a service.

RNLD or RMN with an active NMC PIN is desirable but not essential.
