Salary: £35,000 per annum
Hours: 44 hours per week (2 supernumerary days, 2 shifts)

Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home
- Leading, motivating, and developing the care team
- Ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centred care
- Assisting with staffing, rota management, and occupancy support
- Maintaining high standards of compliance and quality
- Building positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
- Taking responsibility for the home in the Manager’s absence
What we’re looking for:
- Experience within a residential or nursing home environment
- Previous experience as a Team Leader, Senior Carer, Unit Lead, or Deputy Manager
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A positive, hands-on approach with a genuine passion for elderly care
- A desire to learn, develop, and progress within a growing organisation
