Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a new opportunity within a supportive nursing home in Surrey?

We are currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join a well-established nursing home in Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Nursing Home Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and making a genuine difference to residents’ lives.

The home is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse who can work confidently as part of the nursing and care team, with opportunities available across mixed day & night shifts. 

As a Registered Nurse in this nursing home, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional and clinical needs are met.

The successful Registered Nurse / RGN / RMN will ideally have:

• A valid NMC PIN with no restrictions.
• Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse within a nursing home, care home or elderly care setting.
• Strong clinical skills and sound knowledge of nursing care.
• Experience with medication administration, care planning and clinical documentation.
• Good understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a wider nursing and care team.
• A compassionate, professional and proactive approach to resident care.
• Flexibility to work days, nights or mixed shifts.
