£40,000 – £45,000 + Bonus

We are recruiting for a small, homely residential care home in Birmingham with an excellent reputation, strong occupancy levels, a positive working culture, and a dedicated team already in place. About You
- Current Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager ready for your first registration
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
- Passion for delivering outstanding care
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification (or working towards)
- Committed to creating a warm, welcoming environment for residents and staff alike
