Registered Manager – Complex Care
Bromsgrove
£45,000 – £47,000 + bonus

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a specialist residential care service in Bromsgrove, supporting adults with complex care needs, including learning disabilities, mental health needs and acquired brain injuries.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Manager, Registered Manager, Deputy Manager or Registered Manager looking to take the next step in their career within a specialist complex care setting.

As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the residential care service, ensuring high standards of care, quality, compliance and service delivery.

You will lead and support the care team, promote person-centred care and ensure the service operates in line with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements, DoLS (Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards), Mental Capacity Act and best practice within adult social care.

We are looking for someone with:

• Previous experience in a residential care supervisory or management role, such as Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, Home Manager or Regional Manager.
• Experience supporting adults with complex needs, ideally including learning disabilities (LD), mental health (MH) and/or acquired brain injuries (ABI).
• A strong understanding of CQC regulations, compliance, safeguarding, DoLS and the Mental Capacity Act.
• Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager for ideally at least 12 months.
• Alternatively, we would consider an experienced Deputy Manager who has taken on Registered Manager responsibilities and is ready to progress.
• Strong leadership, communication and people-management skills.
• A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred residential care.
• A Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, or working towards this, is desirable.

Previous experience managing a complex care residential service is essential.
