Clinical Lead – Nursing Home

£50,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking to take the next step in your career within a supportive nursing home environment?

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Clinical Lead to join a well-established nursing home in Milton Keynes, supporting the delivery of high-quality nursing care and providing clinical leadership across the service.

As Clinical Lead, you will work closely with the Home Manager and wider leadership team to ensure residents receive safe, effective and person-centred care.

You will provide day-to-day clinical leadership, supporting the nursing and care teams while maintaining high standards of clinical governance, medication management and resident care.

We are looking for a confident and experienced Registered Nurse / Clinical Lead who is passionate about delivering excellent care and supporting others to do the same.

You will ideally have:

• A valid NMC PIN with no restrictions.
• Previous experience working as a Clinical Lead, Senior Nurse, Deputy Manager or experienced Registered Nurse within a nursing home or elderly care setting.
• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of nursing home care.
• Experience supporting and developing nursing and care teams.
• Good understanding of CQC, clinical governance and safeguarding.
• Experience with care planning, medication management and clinical audits.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centred care.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse looking to progress into, or further develop within, a Clinical Lead position.

You will play a key role in supporting the nursing home to maintain high clinical standards, while having the opportunity to develop your leadership and management skills within a supportive team.
