Deputy Theatre Manager – Private Hospital

Up to £57,000 per annum
Full Time | Permanent

FIND Medical is recruiting for an experienced Deputy Theatre Manager to join a private hospital in Goring-by-Sea, West Sussex.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse or ODP looking to step into a senior theatre position within a well-established private hospital.

The role:

• Supporting the Theatre Manager with the day-to-day running of the theatre department
• Providing clinical leadership and support to the wider theatre team
• Full-time, permanent position
• Salary up to £57,000 per annum

Ideally, you’ll have:

• NMC or HCPC registration
• Strong theatre experience
• Experience across Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Gynaecology and/or Urology
• Previous senior, team lead or deputy-level experience
• SFA qualification would be highly desirable
• Strong clinical and leadership skills
