FIND Medical are recruiting for an experienced Theatre Nurse / Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) to join a well-established private hospital in Worthing.

This is a great opportunity to join a supportive theatre team within a modern private healthcare environment.

The role:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Salary up to £38,000 per annum
• Working within a busy theatre department
• Supporting patients throughout the perioperative pathway
• Working closely with the wider multidisciplinary theatre team

We’re looking for:

• Registered Nurse or HCPC-registered ODP
• Previous theatre experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A patient-focused approach to care
