Senior Theatre Practitioner

Up to £45,000 per annum

FIND Medical are recruiting for an experienced Theatre Nurse / Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) to join a well-established private hospital in Worthing as a Senior Theatre Practitioner.

This is a great opportunity to join a supportive theatre team within a modern private healthcare environment. The role would suit an experienced practitioner already working at senior level, or someone with the right theatre experience, confidence and clinical skills who is ready to take the next step in their career.

The role:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Salary up to £45,000 per annum
• Working within a busy theatre department
• Supporting patients throughout the perioperative pathway
• Providing clinical support and guidance to colleagues within the theatre team
• Working closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards of patient care and safety
• Contributing to the smooth running of theatre services

We’re looking for:

• A Registered Nurse or HCPC-registered Operating Department Practitioner (ODP)
• Previous theatre experience, with the ability to work confidently in a surgical environment
• Experience at Senior Theatre Practitioner level, or the skills and experience to step up into a senior position
• Strong communication, organisation and teamwork skills
• A patient-focused approach, with a commitment to high standards of clinical care
