Practitioner Psychologist – School Based
Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire
Salary: Up to £76,372 per annum
Contract: 6-Month Fixed Term Contract
Hours: Full-time

FIND Medical is recruiting for an experienced Practitioner Psychologist to join a school-based service in Hinckley, Leicestershire on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Psychologist with experience supporting children and young people, particularly those with SEN, SEND and/or SEMH needs, to work within a specialist educational setting.

The Role

You’ll work closely with children and young people, alongside education and multidisciplinary professionals, providing psychological input to support their emotional, behavioural and developmental needs.

Requirements

• Qualified Practitioner Psychologist
• HCPC registration
• Previous experience working with children and young people
• School, education or similar child-focused experience highly desirable
• Experience supporting children with SEN, SEND and/or SEMH needs
• Strong assessment, formulation and intervention skills
• Confident working collaboratively with education and wider multidisciplinary teams
