Registered Manager – Residential Service

£48,000 + 21% annual bonus

Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for a new opportunity where you can really make a difference?

We’re looking for a confident and values-led Registered Manager to lead a residential care setting in Manchester, supporting adults with acquired brain injuries.

The role is all about creating a calm, structured and empowering environment, helping the people you support to maintain their independence, develop life skills and live the lifestyle of their choice.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a leadership or Registered Manager role within residential care
• Experience managing people, quality and day-to-day service delivery within an ABI, complex needs or similar setting
• A strong understanding of CQC regulations, legislation and best practice
• A positive, person-centred approach with a genuine commitment to promoting independence, choice and dignity
• Strong leadership, organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently
• A Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care, or working towards this
