A fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing care provider that is looking to appoint a Regional Support Manager across a portfolio of high-quality elderly care homes.
 
This role would suit an experienced Home Manager, Peripatetic Manager or Regional Support Manager who enjoys supporting services through change, developing strong leadership teams and driving high standards of care and compliance.

• A strong and proven track record as a Home Manager within elderly care
• A history of delivering excellent quality and compliance outcomes (CQC Good or above)
• A genuine passion for creating outstanding resident experiences
• The ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams
• A commercially aware leader who understands occupancy, budgets, and performance
•  Nurse qualified / NMC PIN
