Are you an experienced Senior Care Assistant, Senior Carer or Care Team Leader looking for your next opportunity within elderly care?

FIND Medical are recruiting for a Team Leader to join a supportive and welcoming care home in Eastleigh.

This is a hands-on Team Leader role, working alongside the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents. You’ll lead by example, support and motivate colleagues, and help ensure residents receive the dignity, compassion and support they deserve.

It’s a great opportunity for an experienced senior carer with an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care who is ready to take on more responsibility and continue developing their leadership experience.

To be considered, you will need:

• Previous senior care experience within a nursing home, residential care home or elderly care setting.
• Experience as a Senior Care Assistant, Senior Carer, Senior Support Worker or Care Team Leader.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent – essential.
• A hands-on approach and genuine passion for providing high-quality elderly care.
• Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills.
• Confidence supporting and guiding a team while remaining actively involved in resident care.
• Medication experience is beneficial but not essential, as training can be provided.

CHAPs training is also available within the first 12 months for candidates who do not already hold the qualification.
