Requirements:

• Nurse qualified with an active NMC registration
• Extensive elderly/nursing care experience
• Previous care home management experience
• Strong leadership and management skills
• In-depth knowledge of CQC standards
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
